Lost our way to Kendal for the good

Our plan was such that we decided to visit Kedal then WIndermere then Ullswater and then Keswick the next day and then return back to Leeds.

We took a wrong turn towards Windermere, so instead of heading towards Kendal we were headed towards Windermere straight away. On the road we took there was no traffic, so we became a bit sceptic and decided to stop and ask somebody, we stopped and asked a lady on a beautiful and tallest horse I have ever seen. We chatted with her she also told us lot about the place, the stud farm in the area and horse races trough the ravines in the area.

We took some beautiful photos on that spot. Then we headed back towards Kendal. Sure we enjoyed the wrong way we took. Will remember it always. Be adventurous venture in unknow domain break out of daily routine and just enjoy life as it comes.

Easter Holiday UK - Blackpool

As we drove past the Motorway M621 towards Blakpool, we soon realised how important it is to have the navigator with you. Without it and with no indian charpai wala tau or dhaba on the way on the UK motorway you are at the mercy of the sign-board to reach you destiny. You can rely on the sign-board but when you are driving at speeds of 70-80 miPh and if you happen to miss any turn you cannot take any U-turns. The only way is to travel forward and look for some exit.

On reaching Blackpool, we headed towards Pleasure Beach which was not at all hard to find. We parked out car, paid for the parking with some effort. Took snaps on the sea-side and headed straight towards Pleasure Beach Amusement park. Took rides like Pepsi the big one, in-fusion, merry-go-round et all. After taking lot of rides we got so tired that we decided to come out.

Then we decided to call our Bread and Breakfast hotel called Crompton hotel, there was some confusion which got sorted out. After that we headed straight towards the hotel. Inside the hotel, we met Rod the owner. There is some real interesting stories we had at Crompton hotel. In the morning I had breakfast of becon and sausages. I enjoyed my English breakfast very much.

At night we used our navigator to search for Indian Restaurant. We went to the beach, it was too cold there. In Blackpool city, we went around places. Finally back to our roof-top rooms.

Next day we headed for Kendal in the Lake District UK
